Lead Consultant - Business Central and Dynamics 365

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled consultant with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Business Central, and Dynamics 365. As a Lead Consultant, you will lead full-cycle implementations, including architecture, customization, integration, and data migration. You will also provide functional insight and technical configuration support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Business Central implementations from start to finish
  • Providing technical workshops, demos, and training to client stakeholders
  • Delivering advisory input to clients' strategic and operational planning
  • Guiding and mentoring a small team in project work and knowledge development
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6+ years of consulting experience in ERP platforms, including implementation, optimization, and client support
  • Hands-on experience with Business Central implementations, including AL development, extensions, and APIs
  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O in technical and functional domains
  • Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), and Power Pages
  • Experience integrating Power Platform apps into ERP systems and external platforms
