Dynamic 365 Developer Role

This position involves designing, building, and supporting custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

As a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
  • - Build and configure Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • - Develop custom code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript for system extensions and integrations.
  • - Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, including ERP, finance, and scheduling tools.
  • - Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs to ensure system stability.
  • - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • - Support application lifecycle management including deployments, upgrades, and patches.
  • - Ensure adherence to security best practices and data protection policies.
  • - Document technical designs, configurations, and provide user training as needed.
  • - Optimize system performance and scalability to support evolving business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Desired Job Experience:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • - 5+ years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or similar role.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
  • - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and APIs for integration.
  • - Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices.
  • - Experience with data modeling, system integration, and workflows in Dynamics 365.
