Job Description:

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in Oracle Applications Consulting or System Analysis/Management, possessing 8-10 years of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders, translate business objectives into functional requirements, and refine them into technical action items.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications (Inventory, PDM, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, Transportation Management) to meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare comprehensive design documentation (use cases, scope docs, business process mapping, functional designs).
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Validate user requests against system capabilities and data structures, providing expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies for confidential information, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Research, recommend, and implement innovative SCM technology solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead or mentor functional/technical teams as needed, fostering growth and development within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager, showcasing a deep understanding of Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Strong expertise in Inventory Management, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping & Transportation Management, with hands-on experience with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework, proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies, and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing or leading teams is a plus, demonstrating leadership potential and organizational skills.
