Job Title

Work Summary:

  • A skilled and dedicated bartender is needed to create exceptional customer experiences in our hospitality venue.
  • Provide top-notch service by preparing drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
  • Issue open and serve wine, champagne bottles to guests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar area, including tables and tools.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks to elevate the overall dining experience.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Transport supplies to the bar set-up area with efficiency.
  • Wash soiled glassware and remove dirty items from the bar top and tables to maintain a clean environment.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to team members and management.
  • Process all payment methods, including cash, card payments, and other forms of transaction.
  • Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank deposits.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Complete closing duties to ensure a smooth transition to the next day.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager and completing necessary training and certifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification is needed for this role.
