Job Title: Pega CDH Developer

About the Role:

This is a challenging role for a skilled professional who wants to take their career to the next level. As a Pega CDH Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new strategies and upgrades to existing ones
  • Provide L3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAs
  • Prepare packages and installations for smooth deployment
  • Identify technical improvements and apply best practices to enhance system performance
  • Align internally on solutions to be applied and ensure optimal results

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing, with a strong background in Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration
  • Certifications: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect
  • Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 years
  • Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML) and ability to develop integration with other systems, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
  • Strong understanding of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETL, Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB
  • Ability to implement rules and build low-level design, as well as develop, monitor, and troubleshoot batch campaigns
  • Familiarity with data flows, segmentation, AI concepts, and experience in implementing changes to these modules
