Job Overview

The role of a Business Manager of Design and Operations involves overseeing the management of helping partners and their teams in sales and design processes, as well as operational communication.

This includes:

  • Assisting partners in sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates
  • Managing the designing of 12-15 projects per month
  • Overseeing the work output of partners and teams for multiple stores
  • Helping partners hire IDs by conducting technical interviews
  • Training designers to achieve predictable sales and design output
  • Cultivating customer experience and relationship management
  • Collaborating with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback
  • Guiding coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion
Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of partners and their teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a Tier I institute
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
  • Technical expertise with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently
