Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished RPA Specialist - Process Optimization to develop and implement automation solutions aimed at optimizing business processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis & Automation Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, engage with stakeholders to pinpoint automation opportunities, and devise optimized workflows.
  • Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, efficient, and scalable RPA solutions leveraging cutting-edge tools and programming languages (VBA, Python).
  • Implementation & Deployment: Collaborate with business process teams to test and deploy RPA bots, ensuring seamless integration and successful rollouts.
  • Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA processes and optimize their performance.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring timely project delivery and prompt issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in RPA solution development and deployment.

Essential Technical Skills

  • RPA Tools: Proficient in industry-leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath).
  • VBA Development: Strong proficiency in VBA development.
  • Programming Languages: Skilled in VBA, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database concepts and SQL querying.
