Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Process Automation Specialist to develop and deploy sophisticated automation solutions, thereby enhancing operational efficiency through the automation of repetitive tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough process analysis, developing robust solutions utilizing RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, VBA, Python), overseeing seamless implementation and deployment, generating comprehensive documentation, ensuring ongoing maintenance, and fostering effective collaboration. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of professional experience in RPA development and deployment, advanced proficiency in VBA, Python, SQL, and exceptional analytical and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities : - Process Analysis & Automation Opportunity Identification : Conduct analysis of existing business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously identify and define automation requirements and propose streamlined, automated future workflows. - Solution Development : Develop and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable RPA solutions employing industry-leading RPA tools and programming languages (VBA, Python), adhering strictly to established best practices and coding standards. - Implementation & Deployment : Rigorously test and deploy RPA bots into production environments. Work in close coordination with business process teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout, providing expert support and guidance. - Documentation & Maintenance : Create and maintain comprehensive and precise documentation for all RPA processes. Ensure optimal performance, proactively address bugs, and implement necessary enhancements. - Collaboration & Communication : Liaise closely with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects. Maintain clear and professional communication and ensure prompt resolution of any issues. Assume ownership of automation projects and drive efficiency and improvements through successful and timely project completion. Qualifications and Technical Requirements : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience). Experience : 5-7 years of demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying RPA solutions in a professional setting. Technical Skills : - RPA Tools : Substantial hands-on experience with industry-leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath). - VBA Development : Advanced proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) development. - Programming Languages : Advanced programming skills in VBA, with demonstrable proficiency in Python, Google Script, or other relevant programming languages. - Database Knowledge : Comprehensive familiarity with database concepts and SQL querying. - Testing and Debugging : Highly skilled in the rigorous testing and debugging of VBA macros and complex RPA processes. Soft Skills : - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Superior communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high- performing team. - Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. - Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving technologies and requirements. - Excellent and comprehensive documentation skills (ref:hirist.tech)
