Job Summary:

- We are looking for a results-driven and strategic RPA Project Manager to lead the automation of our core business processes. You will be spearheading our RPA initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, architect robust solutions, and deliver tangible business value. Your expertise in process optimization, automation technologies, and agile project management will be essential in achieving our automation goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic RPA Vision & Execution:

- Spearhead the development and implementation of a global RPA strategy using leading technologies like VBA, UiPath, Python, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving the adoption of cutting-edge automation practices.

Agile Project Leadership & Delivery:

- Lead the full project lifecycle of RPA deployments, from initial concept and solution, design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative development, rapid delivery, and continuous feedback.
- Proactively manage project scope & timelines, mitigating risks and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Utilize JIRA for comprehensive project tracking, milestne management, and transparent reporting.

Process Optimization & Innovation:

- Conduct in-depth process analysis using process mining tools, uncovering automation potential and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts, visualizing workflows and pinpointing areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize and obtain sign-off on process documentation.
- Drive measurable efficiency gains, achieving significant reductions in process cycle time through strategic RPA implementations.

Team Empowerment & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide regular, insightful project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key achievements.

Quality & Compliance:

- Maintain strict adherence to security and compliance standards, safeguarding sensitive data and mitigating risks.
- Manage change implementations related to the rollout of RPA.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in RPA project management, development, and implementation.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong programming skills in VBA & Python-must have experience
- Proficiency in leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath).
- Hands-on experience with relevant AWS services.
- Expertise in process analysis, mapping, and optimization, including process mining tools.

Project Management Acumen:

- Proven track record of success in managing complex RPA projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and risk-management skills.

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
