Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare domain and experience working with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

As part of our delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client requirements and create designs to ensure high levels of service offerings in the technology domain.
  • Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
  • Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
  • Contribute to building efficient programs/systems and help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Domain experience in Payer core claims/Membership/provider mgmt., Provider clinical/RCM, Pharmacy benefit management.
  • Agile/Safe-Agile business analysis experience, Medicaid experienced Business Analysts, FHIR, HL7 data analyst and interoperability consulting.
  • Healthcare digital transformation consultants with skills/experience of cloud data solutions design, Data analysis/analytics, RPA solution design.
