High-Impact Search Specialist

Sheffield Haworth is a global consultancy that places executives in high-impact roles, giving clients a competitive advantage in a fast-changing world.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments and handling key client relationships.

  • You will work closely with consultants to prepare client presentations, anticipate client requirements, and provide relevant information for meetings.
  • Formulate research strategies to meet client needs, map the universe of a given assignment, and take ownership of research reports.
  • Help carry out due diligence on shortlisted candidates, promote the company, and network extensively via telephone with candidates and sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management.
  • Work on mandates from various industries, sectors, or functions, and geographic regions.
  • Provide support to consultants in marketing, pitches, presentations, and candidate closure.
  • Attend client pitches, contribute when necessary, and take detailed notes.
  • Cover the desk and respond to queries from clients in the absence of the consultant.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented.
  • Well-organized with a calm temperament and excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills, proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
