Senior Manager Strategic Projects

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Senior Manager for Strategic Projects. This role is ideal for a dynamic and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results.

The successful candidate will work closely with our CEO to execute strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional priorities. Key responsibilities include project leadership, versatile problem-solving, content development, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Education Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills
