About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead our software development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge web-based applications that drive business growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs, and React Native will be instrumental in shaping our technical strategy.

  • Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features to ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Pitch innovative ideas and test new approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and implement high-quality software.
Requirements
  • 9-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.
  • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience with React Native & offline database.
  • Experience leading a diverse team, providing both hands-on and technical guidance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Sound understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with coding/design patterns defining and implementing software development standards and best practices.
