About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Executive with expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework to lead our software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and mentor software developers working on .NET technologies to drive project success.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 8-12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technology leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and integration with .NET applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with .NET Core and modern frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React).
