Senior Learning Experience Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team of experts in designing high-impact micro-workshops, custom learning games, simulations, board games, mastery-oriented workshops, eLearning, and digital learning content.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in adult learning principles, gamification, and instructional design to create engaging and immersive learning experiences for employees in various client organisations.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to author content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations. You will also have the ability to write scenarios, cases, and scripts for lasting change in learners.

You will play a key role in the development of board games and virtual games for learning (serious games), utilising your creativity and analytical skills to design engaging storylines, characters, and challenges that promote behavioural change.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Information Design, Game Design or Communication, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning principles and interest in behavioural skills development.

You should possess excellent written communication skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment with ambiguity, and the capacity to edit and proof-read quality content for various mediums.
