Your Role:

You'll be a key partner from day one—leading user research, innovating on UX, and ensuring our product delivers immediate value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline & Drive Adoption: Conduct user research to discover friction points, then design intuitive experiences that encourage ongoing use.
  • Innovate with AI: Explore how the latest AI trends can be integrated into our product, keeping insights accessible for all.
  • Full Design Ownership: Guide the entire design cycle—from concept and user research to final UI/UX and continuous improvements.
About You:
  • Proven experience in UX design and user research, ideally within startups.
  • Proven track record of adoption-focused product design, with a passion for simplicity.
  • Strong interest or hands-on experience in generative AI.
