Communicative Disorders Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
  • Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
  • Regularly revise goals based on each child's progress.
  • Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.
  • Periodically re-evaluate children and prepare quarterly progress reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.
  • Establish effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
