Responsibilities:

  1. Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  2. Lead Generation and Sales Growth: Identify and connect with potential clients, nurturing leads through effective email marketing strategies and closing deals to expand the client base.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored service packages and upsell relevant solutions.
  4. Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape; develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  5. Content Creation and Messaging: Collaborate with the content team to design email templates, create effective subject lines, and write compelling content that aligns with company messaging and branding.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns using KPIs; make data-driven decisions to improve engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, support, and management teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings and customer service standards.
