Lead Assessor Role

As a Lead Assessor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of social compliance across our global operations.

  • Conduct thorough audits to assess adherence to international labor standards and human rights requirements
  • Evaluate supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on audit findings and outcomes
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment; an advanced degree is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation
  • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with persons of varying socio-economic status
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing; APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is preferred
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg, or equivalent is a plus
