System Software Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled system software developer to work on application development, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the team to analyze business requirements, design robust technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software aligned with organizational standards and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enhancements and revisions to meet business needs.
  • Deliver solutions as per timelines while ensuring adherence to company standards and SOPs.
  • Provide technical support to team members and stakeholders on all technical aspects of projects.
  • Maintain day-to-day system support and development for assigned systems and technologies.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Handle full lifecycle development — design, code, test, implement, and maintain applications within time and cost constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for all system modifications and updates.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in system software development.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
  • Exposure to legacy programming languages.
  • Experience in design and development of REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries (Intermediate level).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
  • (Preferred) Domain experience in healthcare and knowledge of HL7 standards.
