AI/ML Developer Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust backend software solutions using Python with a focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Implement high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks to serve AI-powered features.
  • Build responsive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize the Azure cloud platform for application development and deployment, exploring new cloud services.
  • Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
  • Develop Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for autonomous reasoning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, to translate research into impactful solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, tackling complex challenges independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform services, ideally including AI/ML services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development, preferably with FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
  • Experience with Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
