As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our retail operations in Eluru, India.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the AMARIS store, ensuring optimal visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients and close high-value jewelry sales.
  3. Design and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  4. Lead by example, engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
