Job Title: Paid Search Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Paid Search Manager to spearhead our search media buying efforts. This experienced professional will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns across search platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing a comprehensive approach to paid search media buying, ensuring seamless execution of strategies across the team.
  2. Guiding a team in executing paid media campaigns to industry-standard best practices, while driving creative strategy and innovation.
  3. Continually optimizing ad accounts to achieve exceptional results for clients, staying ahead of market trends.
  4. Leading client relationships, collaborating closely with other team members to drive growth and success.
  5. Contributing to the expansion and development of our paid search media team, providing training and up-skilling opportunities for the wider team.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, self-driven, and proactive nature, working effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  4. Comfortable working across multiple departments, adapting to changing priorities.
  5. Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can adjust priorities quickly.
  6. Confidence with numbers and data analysis, eye for precision, and attention to detail.
  7. Good working knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Google AdWords Certification is a plus.
