Accessibility Test Lead

Position Title: Accessibility Test Lead

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience: 5-10 years

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute accessibility testing for web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508).
  • Develop and implement accessibility testing strategies, test plans, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to advocate for accessibility best practices early in the development cycle.
  • Identify accessibility issues and provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify barriers that hinder user accessibility.
  • Stay current with accessibility standards, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in accessibility testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with accessibility tools such as Axe, WAVE, and JAWs.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, ADA, and Section 508.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
