Store Manager
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably with a well-established brand.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems, such as Magento or Ameo.
- Knowledge of jewelry, gold, diamond, platinum, and silver.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and SAP.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak periods.
