Job Purpose
We're seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing personal loans from the market through referrals, DSAs/DSTs, and existing channel partners. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Meet personal sales targets
- Focus on customer needs and provide solutions-based selling
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Source personal loan applications by effectively positioning our products to clients
- Ensure operational quality and accuracy in customer applications and documentation
- Provide responsive and responsible selling
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in asset sales and distribution
- Proven sales track record in asset business
- Knowledge of local markets and DSA channels
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Any graduate or postgraduate degree

- Expertise in understanding end-to-end customer journeys
- Good sales skills and ability to recommend right solutions to customers
