Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, leveraging their skills to drive business growth.
  • Focus on developing and implementing strategies to increase sales productivity, client activation, and cross-selling.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities from the branch catchment area, targeting current and savings accounts.
  • Nurture strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships and expand SME presence.
  • Cultivate a strong local network, participating in corporate induction and migration events, and conducting low-cost marketing activities to generate leads.
  • Ensure effective management of the portfolio, activating new accounts, and promoting banking products, including insurance, mortgages, and investments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Leadership experience, preferably with a team size of 20-40 resources
  • Strong understanding of the local market and language skills
