Geospatial Data Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in developing and managing geospatial data across various projects. Key responsibilities include creating, digitizing, and coding GIS data as well as collecting and processing spatial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage GIS data including digitization and geocoding processes.
  • Collect, process, and manage spatial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Integrate GIS solutions with existing systems and customize applications to meet client requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive GIS solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of GIS concepts and software tools.
  • Expertise in GIS tools such as ArcGIS / QGIS / MapInfo / GeoServer / AutoCAD.
  • Adaptability: Participate in fieldwork and adapt to various project requirements.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and experience with online software like Google drive & Google sheets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or Diploma in Geography, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
