Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing goal-driven actions using LLMs and advanced AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cutting-edge agent frameworks such as AutoGPT, Crewai, LangGraph, ReAct, and Agno to enhance system capabilities.

They will also optimize agent workflows for reliability, safety, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply agentic AI in testing domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and building agents that interact with APIs, tools, or environments.
  • Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and familiarity with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including services such as Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year focused on agent systems or LLM-based applications.
