Corporate Finance Professional Sought

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced professional to join our corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions projects, as well as financing and fundraising activities.

  • Assist in identifying and approaching new clients to explore potential business opportunities
  • Develop pitch documents, valuation papers, marketing materials, management presentations, and provide commercial negotiation advice
  • Support the project lead in daily execution of all aspects of mergers and acquisitions projects

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, transaction advisory, or consulting services
  • Advanced degree in finance, such as an MBA, or a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification with a strong academic record
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Responsibilities Include:
