Procurement Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist with expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, and supply planning across multiple industries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement in procurement operations.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
- Provide hands-on training in contract negotiation strategies, supplier risk assessment, and cost optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with procurement leaders, supply chain managers, and quality teams to align training with organizational goals.
- Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Contract Negotiation & Risk Management
- Cost Reduction & Value Engineering
- Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- ERP Systems Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, and CIPS are preferred
