Senior Manager - Data Engineering Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key leadership role in our data engineering team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of deep domain knowledge and expertise in insurance specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business dynamics and nuances to become a principal insurance domain specialist.
  • Analyze market trends and their implications on specialties to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize digital platforms and systems to drive business benefits.
  • Gain insights from placement data and its interaction with the larger data ecosystem.
  • Solve complex business problems using data and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering discipline.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting, with expertise in enterprise-wide reporting systems and dashboard development.
  • 2-3 years of Team Management experience handling a minimum team size of 2-3 analysts.
  • Ability to think critically and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligning with business strategy and goals.
