Key Roles of a Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced data engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data is clean, secure, and accessible for analytics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and database management using SQL Server, ClickHouse, and MongoDB.
  • Develop data pipelines and automation using Python.
  • Work with Azure Data Factory and Databricks for data integration and analytics.
  • Develop solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working on Azure Cloud.
  • Optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures.
  • Work with Git for version control and teamwork.
  • Use APIs and REST APIs to connect with external data sources.
  • Convert business needs into data-driven insights and visualizations.
  • Work with Linux commands, RegEx, and XML for data handling.
  • Solve complex problems with a passion for tackling data challenges.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in data engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of big data technologies and data architecture.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
