Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic HR team as a Senior Talent Analytics Specialist. This role is key to streamlining our hiring processes, tracking talent analytics at both individual and team levels, and monitoring key metrics to enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences.

About the Role

This highly analytical position will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and play a pivotal role in optimizing recruitment outcomes both in the short and long term. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various HR functions to understand data needs and deliver reporting solutions that drive recruiting success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain Talent Acquisition metrics dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ease of interpretation.
  • Analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in our hiring process.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc Talent Acquisition reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate HR-related needs and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in TA analytics and reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree (preferably from a top-tier institution) and have 2+ years of experience in TA analytics, reporting, or a similar role, ideally with experience in a high-growth environment. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRMS platforms is required. Additionally, strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data sets, and translate them into actionable insights are essential. Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is also desired.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
