Job Overview

  • We're seeking a highly skilled Visualizer to join our team, responsible for interpreting clients' business needs and developing concepts to suit their purpose.
  • You will work closely with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements, obtaining approval of the concept by submitting rough layouts for approval.
  • As a Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers is also a key aspect of this role.
  • You will work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Apart from that, you'll participate in all client meetings and communication with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • This role requires staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • You will collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • In addition, you'll provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
  • Lastly, you should stay aware of current trends in visual arts.
  • Your ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and guidance of junior visualizers will also be valuable.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign is a must.
  • An excellent design and artistic ability is required.
  • Familiarity with any other software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be beneficial.
  • Great time management skills are essential.
  • The ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment is vital.
