Director of Intangible Assets Manager

As a seasoned Director of Asset Management, you will oversee the General Ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. This involves maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies, as well as preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for analyzing business activities to identify potential intangible assets, ensuring their accurate recognition and measurement. This includes capitalization of development costs, amortization planning, periodic impairment testing, and maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Special Projects: Analyze and evaluate business activities to identify potential intangible assets, ensure the accurate recognition and measurement of software, R&D costs, brands, patents, and goodwill, and assist in the implementation of RCM across processes.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years of experience in preparing financials and digital transformations, preferably from Big 4 or large corporate finance teams, with expertise in handling IP/intangible asset-heavy industries like IT, pharma, or similar sectors.
