Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Management (ITOM) professional trainer with 10+ years of expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing IT operations, monitoring systems performance, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and driving efficiency through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Managed incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilized ITOM platforms (ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Orchestration) to monitor and optimize performance.
