Job Summary

This role is a key member of the team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Salesforce Click Application.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application support principles and be able to troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision.

Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, this individual will play a critical role in delivering day-to-day activities and supporting project workstreams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot production issues for the Salesforce Click Application, identifying faults and implementing resolutions in collaboration with Enzen application support leads.
  • Review and track fault status through job logs in ServiceNow Tool and provide regular updates on incident tickets with relevant information.
  • Perform proactive monitoring activities, including continuous health checks of applications & application logs, and key interfaces.
  • Implement preventative actions driven through monitoring and analytics reviews of Applications and interfaces.
  • Manage IT requests and system administration for Applications such as password resets and user setup.
  • Responsible for incident resolution, which includes diagnosis of reported incidents to establish problem definition and fault source identification.
Key Requirements
  • Closely work with Application Lead and deliver day-to-day activities related to Business As Usual (BAU) and Project activities.
  • Communicate with release managers on incident fixes & changes.
  • Raise ticket with Salesforce & coordinate with Salesforce SME's on level-3 related issues.
  • Support Go-Live activities to deploy software successfully.
  • Attend CAB meetings to discuss releases with team and identify roadblocks.
