">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online ticketing systems.

You will analyze error logs, data discrepancies, and system configurations to identify root causes and provide effective resolutions to customers. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns, and manage customer expectations by effectively communicating progress on support cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Working experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud; Salesforce certifications will be added advantage.
  • Working knowledge in Salesforce coding language - Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, and salesforce configuration.
  • Experience in ITSM process management (Incident / Service Request / Change / Problem management etc.).
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
