Job Opportunity: Project Manager

At a prominent construction company, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee site operations, ensure seamless execution, and deliver results across multiple locations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution from planning to completion. This includes coordinating with site teams to ensure timely execution of sites, monitoring on-site work quality, safety, and adherence to client specifications.

You will also manage site operations remotely, providing clear guidance to site supervisors, and liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows. Additionally, you will develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and mitigate delays, as well as ensure adequate manpower, machinery, and material availability for each site.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 5–8 years of proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in construction/industrial domains. You will possess strong leadership and team management skills, ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously, proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools, and willingness to travel extensively and work under tight deadlines.
