Job Title: Global Communications Specialist

The Global Communications Specialist will spearhead high-impact media engagement and strategic communications in a fast-paced, global environment. This role demands meticulous organizational skills, media coordination expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media & External Coordination: Schedule interviews, press briefings, and public appearances. Ensure all media interactions are properly scheduled, documented, and followed up on.
  • Content & Document Preparation: Manage documentation of media coverage, correspondence, press materials, and communication assets.
  • Event & Meeting Hosting: Act as a host for visiting media representatives, partners, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa requirements, accommodation.
  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Maintain and coordinate the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation for strategic priorities, meetings, and travel.
  • Information Management: Track action items, follow up on pending deliverables, ensure timely closure of tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in a media coordinator or similar support role, preferably in a global or corporate communications environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with global cross-functional teams and ability to interact with senior executives, media, and diverse external stakeholders.
