Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our R&D team. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for conceiving original ideas for new products, introducing them into practice, and conducting feasibility studies, testing, and prototype fabrication. You will also be responsible for directing and supporting detailed design, testing, and manufacturing ramp, providing all required product documentation, and contributing to design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operations or quality of product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end product development of plastic and sheet metal components
• Expertise in design and development of power and signal interconnects products using complex precision components
• Good understanding of various engineering deliverables at different gates during product development process
• Experience in reverse engineering is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, including molding, stamping, plating, and assembly
• Proficient with standards of modeling, drafting, and engineering change procedures
• Proficient working knowledge on Creo, Windchill, and ability to run FEA simulation

Desired Candidate Profile:
