About Us

We are looking for a software engineer to join our team in the Investment Bank. This role is part of a major digital transformation initiative that will revolutionize post trade processing.

As a software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building the next generation of business applications using the latest technologies.

You will work closely with key stakeholders in Operations to ensure we are delivering the right thing. You will contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs working across the Digital Operations platform to ensure we build solutions in the right way.

You will provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications. You will conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC.

About You

  • A Java software engineer with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong in Core Java, Collections skills with 8+ years of experience.
  • Extensive experience on Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration).
  • Good knowledge of the design patterns applicable to data streaming.
  • Experience of Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and the ELK stack are highly desirable.
  • Experience of Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tooling also highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript/React/Redux also applicable.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (TeamCity/Jenkins), Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Docker/containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record in an agile SDLC in a large-scale enterprise environment.
