Human-Centered Design Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished Human-Centered Design Specialist to drive our design team forward. As a specialist, you will be responsible for conducting user research, employing human-centered design thinking to solve complex problems, creating visual designs, and developing interactive prototypes.

  • Conduct in-depth user research to inform design decisions
  • Apply human-centered design principles to solve intricate problems
  • Create visual designs that meet user needs
  • Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine designs

The ideal candidate will have experience in User Research and Human-Centered Design Thinking, proficiency in Visual Design and UX methodologies, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry-specific requirements in environmental and construction industries is a plus.
