Product Designer Role

We are seeking a talented product designer to join our design team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for early-career designers to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that align with business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  • Supporting the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participating in user research and usability testing activities.
  • Iterating on design solutions based on feedback and data.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing design projects and process.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Exposure to agile/scrum development environments.
