Freshers Field Executive for Media Industry Hyderabad

Job Opportunity
As a field executive, you will play a vital role in providing support to our customers by ensuring their digital screens are running smoothly. You will be responsible for executing all work, including repairs and installations, as per guidelines.
You must be able to perform emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating functional and design specifications in close cooperation with our customers.
Maintaining technical coordination and a highly responsive service-oriented interface with customers is essential for this role. You will also coordinate with the manager of the field applications engineering team to prioritize, set up, perform tests, and provide reports for all applications testing of new and existing products.
Candidates without a bike or two-wheeler should not apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers regularly to provide support and ensure digital screens are running smoothly.

Requirements:
