Project Leader Job Summary

This role involves overseeing all scheduling and planning activities in accordance with contract requirements or client expectations.

About the Position
  • Supervise and execute projects efficiently, effectively, and track progress regularly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to time, cost, quality, EHS standards as per schedule.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation plans to minimize potential issues.
  • Resolve cross-functional problems at the project level.
  • Develop resource allocation plans, control resources, and analyze productivity metrics.
  • Coordinate with contractors engaged in project work to address interdependency issues and ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain 30, 60, and 90-day lookahead plans.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management meetings.
About You
  • Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as MS Project and Primavera.
  • Prior experience in industrial or warehouse settings is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the PMP certification process.
  • Understanding of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
