Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager/LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital accounts across marketplaces, developing a robust short & long-term Digital Performance Marketing/Marketplace strategy, and implementing it to maximize ROI while building brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions & Traffic Growth: Bring CAC down with a steady focus on quality user growth & retention.
  • Trend analysis and optimization: Optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Experimentation and Conversion Testing: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to drive growth.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Campaign Execution: Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in programmatic & biddable platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, and managing programmatic & biddable platforms delivery. They will also ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage.

About the Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a proven track record in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, natural search/SEO, affiliate, remarketing, display, email, and some social media.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Programmatic & Biddable Platforms: Experience in programmatic & biddable platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, and managing programmatic & biddable platforms delivery.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement a robust short & long-term Digital Performance Marketing/Marketplace strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
