About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in application monitoring and optimization. If you have expertise in Dynatrace setup, operational application management, troubleshooting, and alerting, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize application performance using advanced analytics tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk
  • Troubleshoot complex user issues and perform root cause analysis
  • IDentify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes to enhance overall system efficiency
  • Set up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk to ensure prompt notification of potential problems
  • Integrate Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling to streamline response times
  • Analyze and optimize application code for error handling and alerting to minimize downtime
  • Develop a strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and promote ITIL best practices

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in application monitoring and optimization
  • Proven expertise in Dynatrace setup, operational application management, troubleshooting, and alerting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
