Job Responsibilities:
Civil & Structural Eng Lead Job Description
The successful candidate will manage and supervise team members. They will perform structural design calculations and address civil and offshore structural design challenges.
They must stay up-to-date with industry codes, standards, regulations, and guidelines. The position requires meeting or exceeding project expectations within set timelines and budgets.
Coordination with intra/interdisciplinary teams and providing deliverables as requested:
- Review client specifications during proposal/project execution phase.
- Raise clarifications and deviations not in line with interfaces.
- Prior experience/expertise required with company standards.
Prepare technical requisitions for topographical survey maps, soil investigation reports, and extraction of required design inputs if available. Follow up with vendors. Create/review civil and structural design bases and project specifications.
